STUDENT OBLIGATIONS

STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING:

• valid health insurance [or student will be asked to sign a waiver form prior to registration]

• upon acceptance, student must sign and return the Commitment Form they will receive along with a
$500 non-refundable Commitment Fee within 14 days of their receipt of acceptance letter.

• all questions to be directed to the inCharacter Administrative Office.

Supply Fee ($400) - due by August 1st *

Tuition Balance ($3,900) - due on or before Registration Day 



OPTION #2 - payment breakdown

Payment #1 (2,300) - due on or before Registration Day                                                              
Payment #2 ($600) - due on or before October 1st *
Payment #3 ($600) - due on or before November 1st *
Payment #4 ($600) - due on or before December 1st *

Includes all expenses including curriculum [use of textbooks], ministry trips and room and board]      
iC will be providing students with a schedule of courses [including those which begin the process of obtaining ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God].
* - $50 late fee assessed if not paid by date - 10 day grace period allowed for securing of payment.



NO REFUND POLICY

Students [by submission of application] acknowledge the following:
l no refunds are given under any circumstances [dismissal or student drop out].
l should another party be assisting with the tuition for a student, it is the student’s responsibility to communicate this no refund policy to all contributing parties.  inCharacter Administration will not be responsible for communicating with supporters of individual students.
