Redline Student Ministries
Not only does the iC team assist with youth ministry at our home church, we actually RUN IT. Each of our iC students and staff play a unique role in our weekly events. This isn't your average youth Group! Instead of taking the traditional approach of having one dedicated youth pastor, Redline Student Ministries has about 25 of them. Each of our inCharacter students and staff play a unique role in our weekly events.
These roles include game design and oversight, emcee responsibilities, worship team, preaching, drama and altar ministry, Sunday School teaching, as well as student follow-up. Some of our team members also help with Nitrous- the junior high and high school drama team of Redline. Whether it’s running a rehearsal, preparing for ministry in our youth service, or even featuring Nitrous in a local iC outreach, our team encourages these students to develop their gifts in the dramatic arts for Jesus!
