In our first twenty years, inCharacter School of Ministry served exclusively as a full-time discipleship and ministry training program for recent high school graduates, immersing them in practical ministry opportunities while providing a stimulating academic atmosphere. But now, iC is offering their degree programs online to adults who desire to continue their education in the areas of Bible and Theology, Ministry and Leadership, and Christian Formation.

This unique program allows the student to take up to eleven monthly courses each year. The courses will center on a textbook selected by the administration. Students are required to read the text, meet with a colleague enrolled in the program to discuss their takeaways from the text, write a summarization and research paper, and attend a mandatory 90-120 minute video conference “cohort” session.

The monthly courses cover subjects like Consumerism and Contemporary Christianity; Defense of the Gospels; Pseudo-Christian Cults; and Personal Leadership Insights. Such a varied curriculum, with the ability to take as few as 7 monthly courses in a year, allows students to be challenged while maintaining control of their lifestyle and schedule.
